How to fix a bug with Internet Explorer 8 when opening new tabs in Windows 7.

The error occurs after installing some .Net Framework 2 based applications.

1. Download the Fix_IE8Win7.txt file and rename to Fix_IE8Win7.reg and then run the Fix_IE8Win7.reg file.
